The lack of Vitamin E may cause varicose veins to become inflamed. In addition, it may cause early signs of aging, acne, and the slow healing of wounds.

When used in combination with Vitamin c in lotion form, this vitamin is highly effective protecting against sun damage.

Vitamin K

Vitamin K is most often sufficient supplied in any diet, therefore finding a pill supplement for the vitamin is nearly impossible. Most multi-vitamins or once daily vitamins do not contain Vitamin K.

In topical form, the vitamin works to reduce under eye circles and bruises. In combination with vitamin A, Vitamin K becomes even more effective on treating the dark circles that appear under the eye.

What is the benefit of consuming natural fruit-sourced sugar like that contained in Trévo instead of refined sugar?

Fruit-derived sugar is known as fructose. Fructose is broken down by the body slowly which allows the body more time to react to the sweetener that has been consumed. In fact, a mashed potato raises your blood sugar almost 5 times higher than a comparable amount of fructose.
