Enrolling residents in Japan has a different process than other countries. Residents of Japan are required to read and sign their application within 30 days of enrolling. The enrollee will be responsible for purchasing and sending the starter kit with this document to the enroller. You can purchase copies of this document by logging into www.trevo.life/greenhope and browsing the online store.
